Production Timeline

At Azoir & Co., every piece is crafted with precision and intention. Many of our designs are produced made-to-order, ensuring exceptional quality and attention to detail.

Estimated Production Times

Custom Creations: 7–14 business days

Large or Complex Orders: Production timelines are provided individually within the quote.

Production begins once the following are completed:

• Final design approval
• Payment confirmation
• All specifications are finalized

Delays in approvals or missing specifications may extend production timelines.


Rush Production

Expedited production may be available depending on workshop capacity.

Please note:

• Rush service may incur additional fees
• Availability must be confirmed in writing
• Certain designs may not qualify for rush production

We recommend contacting our team prior to placing a rush request.


Insurance & Delivery

All shipments are fully insured while in transit.

For security purposes:

• Signature confirmation is required for most deliveries
• Risk transfers to the customer once delivery is confirmed

If a package arrives visibly damaged, customers must notify Azoir & Co. within 24 hours of delivery.


International Orders

International clients are responsible for all applicable:

• Import duties
• Taxes
• Customs clearance fees
• Brokerage charges

Azoir & Co. cannot be held responsible for customs processing delays. 


Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at checkout.

Azoir & Co. cannot be held responsible for:

• Incorrect shipping addresses
• Failed delivery due to customer error

Address modifications after shipment cannot be guaranteed.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided via email.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.


External Delays

While we strive to deliver every order on schedule, Azoir & Co. is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including:

• Shipping carrier disruptions
• Weather conditions
• Customs processing
• Material supply delays
• Force majeure events

Should delays occur, our team will communicate updates promptly.
