Wholesale Only

We sell wholesale exclusively to approved businesses. All buyers must provide valid business information and, where required, a resale certificate.

Pricing

All prices listed are wholesale prices and subject to change without notice due to metal and diamond market fluctuations.

Minimum Order

Minimum order quantities (MOQ) vary by product and will be listed on each product page or quoted during ordering.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

  • Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale

  • No cancellations or returns once production has begun

  • Design approvals are the buyer’s responsibility

Stone & Metal Variance

Due to the nature of manufacturing:

  • Diamond weight may vary by ±5%

  • Metal weight may vary slightly
    These variances are standard in the industry.

Returns & Defects

  • We only accept returns for manufacturing defects

  • Claims must be submitted within 3 business days of delivery

  • Normal wear, sizing issues, or damage after delivery are not covered

Payment Terms

Orders must be paid in full before production or shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
