🔒 All Sales Final (Wholesale & Custom)

Due to the made-to-order and custom nature of our work, all sales are final.

Azoir & Co. does not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect size ordered

  • Customer specification errors

  • Changes in preference

  • Minor production tolerances

  • Custom or modified pieces

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts this policy.


🛠 Manufacturing Defects

Azoir & Co. stands behind the quality of our workmanship.

If a genuine manufacturing defect is discovered:

  • Customer must notify us within 5 business days of delivery

  • Item must be returned for inspection

  • Issue must be confirmed by our production team

If confirmed, Azoir & Co. will, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the item, or

  • Remake the item

Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued only if repair or remake is not feasible.


⚠️ What Is NOT Considered a Defect

The following are not considered manufacturing defects:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Prong wear over time

  • Surface scratches after delivery

  • Stone loss due to impact or wear

  • Damage from improper use

  • Damage from third-party work

  • Minor weight or dimension variance

  • Natural gemstone characteristics


🧩 Customer-Supplied Stones

All work involving customer-supplied stones is subject to our Stone Damage Liability Clause.

Azoir & Co. is not responsible for inherent risks associated with setting or handling customer stones.


🔧 Repair Services

Azoir & Co. offers repair services for eligible items.

Repair eligibility depends on:

  • Item condition

  • Original manufacturer

  • Structural integrity

  • Prior third-party work

Repair fees, shipping, and insurance are the customer’s responsibility unless the repair is due to a confirmed manufacturing defect.


🚫 Unauthorized Work

Any work performed by a third party voids all responsibility by Azoir & Co.

This includes:

  • Resizing

  • Resetting

  • Polishing

  • Stone replacement

  • Structural modification


📦 Return Authorization Required

No items will be accepted without prior written authorization.

Customers must:

  1. Request return approval

  2. Secure an RA number

  3. Ship using insured, trackable service

Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned at the sender’s expense.


🛡 Shipping Responsibility for Returns

Customers are responsible for:

  • Secure packaging

  • Insurance coverage

  • Shipping costs

Azoir & Co. is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.


📉 Production Tolerance Acknowledgment

Customer acknowledges that handcrafted jewelry may have minor variations in:

  • Stone placement

  • Finish

  • Weight

  • Dimensions

Such variations are industry standard and not grounds for return.


⚖️ Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under New York law, Azoir & Co.’s liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific item in dispute.

Under no circumstances shall Azoir & Co. be liable for:

  • Consequential damages

  • Lost profits

  • Sentimental value

  • Market fluctuations
