Yes — heirloom redesign is one of our favorite things to do. We can reset your existing stones or rework inherited metal into something you'll actually wear, while keeping the story intact.

Yes. Our wedding band builder lets you design one band or a His & Hers pair, live in 3D: profile, width, metal, finish, diamonds and engraving. Every option is cut into real geometry, weighed and estimated as you go. Estimates for 14k gold start at $251; diamonds and platinum are quoted individually. When it's right, reserve it with a 25% deposit (minimum $250), which is applied to the final price and refundable until you approve the final design. If you'd rather talk first, send your design to a designer instead. A designer confirms the size and final price with you before anything is made.

Because every piece is one of a kind, there's no set price list. Once your design is defined we send a detailed quote, so you know the full cost before committing to production. Your budget is part of the conversation from the very start — we design to it, not around it.

In clear milestones: a design fee to begin the creative work, a deposit before production, and the balance before delivery. Every amount is agreed up front — no surprises. Payments are made securely by card through a private link.

Both. Lab-grown and natural diamonds are chemically and optically identical; the difference is origin and price. We'll walk you through the trade-offs and you approve every stone before it's set.

Yes. We work with conflict-free diamonds and responsibly sourced gemstones and metals, and we're always happy to talk about where a stone comes from.

It depends on the piece and its complexity. Most commissions take a few weeks from approved design to delivery; your exact timeline is shared with your quote. If you're working toward a specific date, tell us early and we'll plan around it.
