Find your ring size.

Before you measure

• Measure at the end of the day, when your fingers are at their warmest and largest.
• Cold hands measure small. Avoid measuring when you're cold or just out of the water.
• Measure the finger the ring will actually be worn on — hands differ.
• If your knuckle is wider than the base of your finger, size to slide comfortably over the knuckle.
• Wider bands fit more snugly — if you're choosing a wide band, consider going up a quarter to half size.

Method 1 — measure a ring you already own

Take a ring that already fits the correct finger, and measure the distance straight across the inside of the band in millimetres. Match that inner diameter to the chart below. This is the most reliable method.

Method 2 — measure your finger

Wrap a thin strip of paper or a piece of string snugly around the base of your finger. Mark where it overlaps, lay it flat, and measure the length in millimetres — that's your circumference. Match it to the chart below.

Between two sizes? Choose the larger — a ring is far easier to size down than up.
