Every Azoir commission ships fully insured, in our signature packaging, with tracking provided. Shipping within the continental U.S. is complimentary; we're happy to quote international delivery.
Each piece is bespoke and made specifically for you. Production begins only after you approve the final design and pay the agreed deposit, so timelines are shared with your quote.
Because every piece is custom-made, commissions are generally not returnable. But your happiness is the point: if your finished piece doesn't match the design you approved, or arrives with a fault, we will make it right — repair, remake, or otherwise resolve it. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Rings are made to the size you confirm before production. If a ring needs resizing after delivery, reach out — many adjustments are straightforward, and we'll advise on options and any cost.
